MCG transportation produces new floor system for Alstom Prima M4 locomotives

At an accelerated pace of growth, MCG transportation is today one of the leading suppliers of components and systems for interiors of trains with the world’s largest manufacturers in this area of business. Alstom is one of these world’s largest players, having recently awarded MCG another reference project in the production of equipment for interiors of trains: an unheated floor for 30 two-way locomotives for trains that ONCF will put into circulation in Morocco.

The project involves the production of 60 sets of the floor system for installation in the Prima M4 model, an Alstom electric locomotive with a nominal power of 5.5 MW and reaching 160 km/hour maximum speed.
