Four robotic welding cells and four machines also dedicated to complementary welding processes. Welding processes by points and resistance.
Advanced Welding Software
Constant monitoring of processes, after pre-installation tasks as modeling, off-line programming, process optimization, and robotic cell simulation.
Verification of conformity
The whole process assembly and sequencing project is the work of the MCG teams, in a system that includes all phases of design, manufacturing and 100% compliance of the final product.
High production volume
Over 180 weekly hours of welding robot operation and more than 1,600 units produced per day, with a flow of 800 cars (the 2021 forecast is to increase to 5.000 cars per week).
