ULTRAFORMING project aims to develop and structure technical and scientific know-how in the elastic-plastic behavior of Ultra High Strength Steels (UHSS) and to research and develop a new methodology for the design of new tools to produce components with this new generation of steel alloy. The present project allows MCG to answer to the latest trends in the automotive industry, which is looking for the development of lightweight parts and components.
