Suspension component for Porsche Taycan

Developing components to integrate the car suspension system of brands such as Porsche is a challenge only available to companies with enormous technical, engineering, and operational experience.

MCG automotive, fitting into this batch of manufacturers, guaranteed the development and production of a product with high quality and reliable supply.

The challenge

Develop and produce the prototype of a component that is part of an air suspension that integrates the structure of the futuristic and 100% electric Porsche Taycan (previously nicknamed Mission E, during the prototype phase) – the Outer Guide to the air suspension bellows.

MCG know how

High requirements

This is a product with high demands on quality and reliability of supply. Therefore, having been selected for the development and production of the component considerably increases MCG’s reputation with the customer and other possible partners.

Years of experience

The experience previously demonstrated by MCG in similar projects is decisive, as well as the presentation of technically reliable solutions, above all, within the scope of the MCG automotive business unit.

Technical challenge

The technical level in the manufacture of components with these characteristics is extremely high and, in this particular case of supply for the Porsche Taycan project, everything represents a great technical challenge. And there are enormous requirements and technical difficulties in obtaining the desired result by the customer.
