MCG has confirmed its presence at this year’s InnoTrans and will showcase the 3W, a new and innovative floor heating system for trains and buses developed by the MCG Transportation teams.
InnoTrans is recognized as the world’s largest transportation trade fair, held biennially in Berlin, Germany. It is also an event where MCG unveils its latest innovations and solutions as a significant player in developing and producing interior systems for the railway and bus industries.
This year, from September 24th to 27th, innovation will again be the focus for MCG at InnoTrans. The new 3W system offers more efficient heating performance while reducing energy consumption, aligning with the sustainability strategies and carbon footprint reduction goals of leading transportation manufacturers worldwide.
This technology is already being applied to the new generation floors MCG Transportation is producing for high-capacity regional trains that will start operations in 2025.
In addition to floor systems for trains and buses, the MCG Transportation business division is currently focused on developing and presenting other interior applications for the sector. The goal is to begin business in this area in 2025 and to have the first interior project in production by 2026.
