MCG maintains the Environmental Certification ISO 14001:2015, following the first follow-up audit carried out recently to the company’s Environmental Management System.
This result consolidates the investment made by the company in this sense, as well as all the work that has been developed by MCG teams in this area. This work is strongly based on the constant adoption of good practices that guarantee the continuous improvement of the company’s environmental performance and help reduce the impact of its activity. It responds not only to the environmental legislation but also to the requirements of several customers and the local community.
Compliance with the ISO 14001:2015 standard in the MCG automotive business unit proves the rational use of energy and resources, as well as the achievement of strategic objectives through the incorporation of environmental issues in company management and the cross-cutting involvement of the entire structure around environmental management.
MCG strengthens its commitment to reducing the likelihood of environmental hazards, such as emissions, spills and other such accidents. At the same time, it reduces costs over time by improving the efficiency of all processes inherent to its activity.
