The floor for the New Gen Citea, the new electric bus from VDL, Europe’s largest electric bus manufacturer. A project with the development of the engineering teams MCG Transportation and the customer, with a number of floors to be produced annually that will lead to the creation of a dedicated production line.
Train floors
Customer: Alstom
Floors with or without heating system for the carriages and driver’s cabins of several trains that Alstom produces for railway operators around the world. With special emphasis on the Avelia Horizon trains, whose floor production project is MCG’s debut in the high-speed train segment.
Floors and other systems for metropolitans and trams
Customer: Alstom
Several components that are part of the train’s physical structure, with engineering and advanced welding processes, among others. For instances, the metal tanks for power transformers, structures for cabins and carriages, end walls and intercirculation rings.
