MCG at the Hi-Rev – Recovery of the Automotive Components Sector event

The Hi-Rev project had one of its first highlights at the Hi-Rev – Recovery of the Automotive Components Sector event at Casa da Música, in Porto, on the 18th of January. The 22 entities in the Hi-Rev consortium presented the results of the project’s first year of execution.

As part of the consortium, MCG participated in the event with Eng. Carlos Saraiva, MCG Automotive General Manager, who helped enrich the debate panel ‘Challenges for the Automotive Components Sector’ and several topics related to robotization, automation, and machine learning applied to the automotive industry.

The event had the presence and participation of Pedro Cilínio, Portuguese Secretary of State for Economy and Sea, and Nuno Gonçalves, Board of Directors Member of IAPMEI, I.P. – Agency for Competitiveness and Innovation.

The Hi-Rev project is a Mobilizing Agenda that aims to recover the automotive components sector with the support of the Recuperar Portugal program.
